What I do

I manage the internal and external communications for Penal Reform International. This involves a wide range of things from creating and delivering the organisation's communications strategy, managing and maintaining its website to producing newsletters for people interested in penal reform and managing the production of publications.

Have you been involved with film in your work? If so, how and what was your role?

I am currently involved in film as I am seeking film makers, film ideas and partners to create and stimulate dialogue around the issue of the death penalty - this is part of a two year project that Penal Reform International is delivering in five regions of the world.

How would you like to work with film in future?

I would like to use film as a tool for social change, as a means of challenging public opinion, stimulating debate, influencing decision makers and ultimately, as a tool to bring about postive change.
