What I do

I'm the Head of Broadcast and Investigations at Compassion in World Farming.

Have you been involved with film in your work? If so, how and what was your role?

Compassion in World Farming works widely with the broadcast media to drive a global movement against factory farming.

We specialise in providing footage of, and access to those who can tell a compelling story of the impact of factory farming on animals, people and planet.

I have been involved in a wide range of broadcast projects looking at these issues, in anything from executive production to 'undercover' investigator . . .

How would you like to work with film in future?

I believe film is the ideal medium with which to intelligently expose the impact of industrial factory farming on animals, people and the planet; And to present positive, sustainable and humane solutions to the crisis which factory farming is causing.

3 things you've worked on that have done real good in the world

'Pig Business' - a film by Tracy Worcester broadcast on More4.

'Jamie's Fowl Dinners' and 'Jamie Saves Our Bacon' - broadcast on Channel 4.

'Chickens, Hugh and Tesco Too' - broadcast on Channel 4.
