Vision, Mission & Values

Malaria Consortium uses research and innovation to expand the impact of programmes that provide prevention, care and treatment of malaria and other childhood illnesses, and neglected tropical diseases. The organisation works in partnership with health systems, government and non-government agencies, communities, academic institutions and local and international organisations to ensure good evidence supports delivery of effective services ,particularly among groups most at risk. Malaria Consortium is the leading global non-profit organisation dedicated to the comprehensive control of Malaria.

Media Strategy...

To raise awareness of childhood illness in the developing world - particularly malaria - using a wide range of media and communications tools. Malaria Consortium is particularly keen to build a broad supporter base using multi-media platforms, including a dedicated You Tube channel (www.youtube.com/malariaconsortiumuk). This is a new direction for the organisation, which has traditionally been very technically orientated.
