Vision, Mission & Values

Amnesty International's purpose is to protect individuals wherever justice, fairness, freedom and truth are denied. Our vision is of a world in which every person enjoys all the human rights enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international human rights instruments. In pursuit of this, our mission is to undertake research and action focused on preventing and ending grave abuses of these rights.

Media Strategy...

We work with film in a variety of ways – with film-makers at early stages of production, through to PR, outreach and communications support. As our campaigning work is set in cycles, ideally we will work with film-makers that support our current campaigns. However we are always keen to meet with film-makers who are looking at general human rights themes too.
